Your bookmarks bar fits about eight links. The other few hundred are in folders you stopped opening. TabAtrium replaces the new tab page with all of them at once: in groups, with tags, and one search field. The same board on every device you use.
The problemYou save a link and never see it again.A bookmark in a folder is three clicks away, so you search the web again instead. TabAtrium shows the whole board when the tab opens. No clicking into folders.
The problemOne link, two folders.A runbook is work and on-call and internal. Folders make you pick one. Here a link sits in one group and carries as many tags as it needs; click a tag to filter.
The problemThe new tab page is empty. You open it fifty times a day and it shows nothing you chose. It is the best place to put the links you already decided were worth keeping.
How it works
01Import oncePick the folders you want from this browser, or drop an exported .html file from another one. Top folders become groups; nested folders become tags.
02Open a tabGroups sit side by side, each link one click away. Drag a link to another group. Right-click to edit, copy, or delete it.
03Narrow it downType to search titles, URLs, and tags. Click a tag to show only those links. Pick one group to hide the rest.
04Sign in elsewhereInstall it on your laptop, your desktop, your other browser. Groups, tags, and order arrive the same, and a link you add on one shows up on the rest.

Tags come from the folders you already made, so filtering works the day you install it.
Sync and your dataOne board, every device.Your board lives in your account, so every browser you sign in to shows the same one.
Does it change my existing bookmarks?NoImport reads your folders and takes a copy. Your browser keeps its own bookmarks exactly as they were, so you can go back to them at any point, or keep using both.Does it need an account?YesAn email address, or your Google account. We send a link that signs you in; there is no password to set or remember. Signing in the first time creates the account. How does sync work?Every deviceYour board lives in your account, so any browser you sign in to shows the same groups, tags, and order. A link you add on your laptop is there when you open a tab on your desktop. Can I get my links back out?One fileExport writes a standard bookmarks file that Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari can all import. It is the same format your browser exports, so nothing is locked in here.Does it track what I open?NoClicking a link on the board goes straight to the site. There is no analytics on which bookmarks you use, and nothing about your clicks reaches us.What if I uninstall it?Nothing lostYour normal new tab page comes back, and your browser bookmarks are untouched. Export first if you want a copy of the groups and tags you built here.
